"Traditional Wing Chun has helped to improve my life in many aspects. Besides giving me more self confidence and security in learning how to defend myself, I have also learned valuable lessons in discipline and self control. Traditional Wing Chun also helps me to stay in shape, with constant training and focusing on controlling one's body. Traditional Wing Chun is the only
martial art I've ever taken, but after learning about the system and taking a deeper look into other systems,  Traditional Wing Chun is the only martial art that is truly complete."

"Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu is a great art due to the fact that it is based on principals and not techniques. I have tried two other martial arts in my life time and i can truly say that Wing Chun is the best by far. Wing Chun's theories are far more superior in my opinion because it allows a smaller person to actually stand a chance in a fight because it doesn't rely on brute strength. But if you actually are a bigger person then all the better. Wing Chun's linear striking also allows a person to attack twice as fast as a person throwing circular strikes. Because Wing Chun first principle is guard the center, also other principles include using two arms at the same time, and economy of movement, this allows the practitioner to attack and defend instantaneously. Personal benefits I have got out of training in Wing Chun are the following. My conditioning is much better due to the rigorous training. Also I am much more coordinated due to the different drills we practice in class. My personal confidence is much higher because of the sparring we undertake during class and furthermore I just get a great satisfaction helping new students learn the theories and principles behind this great art. I think the greatest thing for a new student to learn Traditional Wing Chun is that it is very easy to learn once you become coordinated with the different drills. This art is all about the basics if you do not understand them then it will be much harder to understand more advanced techniques."

"I've seen classes at different martial art schools and seminars in my time training Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu (TWCKF), but none have been as dynamic, well rounded and practical as TWCKF. All techniques are tested against a variety of different styles and angles of attack, and the footwork, principles and stances are simple. Also, since TWCKF is a principle based system, there is rarely a moment where I'm lost in how to respond, since the simple techniques and footwork flow together and can be interrupted if there is an unexpected attack or force, giving a lot of flexibility and safety in the system. Finally, since TWCKF is principle based, there is an inner logic to each technique, with no unexplained or wasted motions."

"My reason of joining Wing Chun Kung Fu was for the fitness and to learn the history of Kung Fu. My other interets in Kung Fu are the students friendship to have with them and to become a good friend with the students and teacher. I think we have a very nice teacher to show you the way of a step by step hard working way to Wing Chun Kung Fu! Join the art of Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu today!"
